Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $50,000-$60,000 annual salary

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some nights and weekends

Primary Job Function: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual artwork, layout concepts, and high-quality design solutions that inspire, inform, and engage clients. You will work collaboratively across departments to deliver digital and print assets aligned with client needs and brand standards.

Job Duties

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts using design principles and aesthetic judgment

Develop graphics for websites, logos, email marketing, social media, and printed materials

Determine type size, style, and layout of visual elements

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate copy and design effectively

Ensure all creative work is error-free and meets quality standards

Prepare design specs for outsourced production when needed

Meet with clients to define project scope, gather input, and present creative concepts

Manage internal workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines

Required Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or marketing environment

Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual work

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe XD

Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, remote team environment
