About The Role
The Creative & Graphic Designer at CAQH plays a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various digital and print platforms. This full-time, remote position reports directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing and is responsible for developing engaging and innovative designs that support our marketing campaigns, communications, and organizational initiatives. The designer will create digital marketing assets such as email templates, website graphics, social media content, advertising banners, and PowerPoint presentations. They will collaborate closely with content teams, web developers, and marketing channel owners to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that resonate with our target audiences. The role demands a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic talent and strategic thinking to help elevate CAQH's brand presence and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in graphic and web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Acrobat
- Experience with UX/UI design and responsive, mobile-first development principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects, including digital, print, and motion graphics
- Excellent visual design skills with the ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy
- Experience creating packaging designs for various sales channels
- Basic coding skills for email and web content development are a plus
- Proficiency with Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually compelling marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, and employee communications
- Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages through engaging visuals
- Develop performance marketing assets that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative concepts aligned with marketing and communication initiatives
- Work closely with web development teams to design inspiring web pages and digital experiences that reflect the brand's identity
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand standards and guidelines, acting as a brand advocate
- Assist in conceptualizing major campaigns and translating ideas into actionable visual solutions
- Support the marketing team with timely delivery of high-quality design assets
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality
- Participate in team meetings, providing creative input and feedback to enhance project outcomes
