Job Description

In 2026, we will be launching a new brand to represent the newly formed entity, and we are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to support this process.

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-impact visual design and desktop production in support of print, digital, and presentation needs across the organization’s business units, departments and global brand. This role plays a critical part in shaping and expressing the organization’s brand identity through compelling visual storytelling that informs, educates, and inspires a variety of internal and external audiences.

In addition to hands-on design execution, this role contributes to the development and evolution of the organization’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency, creativity, and clarity across all touchpoints. This position reports into the Content Strategy team.

Responsibilities

Design & Production

Create, develop, and execute all phases of assigned design and production projects through final delivery, including proofing and distribution.

Projects include advertisements, brochures, e-publications, logos, newsletters, charts, presentations, invitations, event materials, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and web graphics.

Translate complex concepts into visually engaging formats that support business objectives and enhance audience understanding

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization’s brand strategy and visual identity system.

Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and supports a cohesive brand experience across channels.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to evolve brand guidelines and apply them consistently across materials.

Collaboration & Creative Development

Work independently and collaboratively to conceptualize and execute creative solutions with originality and imagination.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, providing input and feedback to elevate final design outcomes.

Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and business development, and business unit leaders to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

Quality Control & Editorial Support

Provide editorial and proofing expertise to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Review and refine materials created by others, offering constructive feedback and design guidance.

Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, clarity, and professionalism.

Video, Photography & Visual Asset Management

Manage photography process, including scheduling, image editing, file management, and website uploads.

Maintain and organize photo libraries and visual assets for easy access and reuse.

Create and build video content for different content avenues, such as social media, webinars, brand work, etc.

Presentation Design

Design complex graphics, charts, and templates for PowerPoint presentations used by attorneys, executives, and business leaders.

Ensure presentations are visually compelling, brand-aligned, and tailored to audience needs.

Vendor & Production Management

Manage print production jobs assigned to third-party vendors, overseeing the process from estimate to delivery.

Ensure quality control and brand consistency in all externally produced materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional design experience for print, web, and presentation—preferably in a large, multi-office professional services organization.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

Experience with interactive platforms such as Ceros, Foleon, and interactive PDFs.

Exceptional visual storytelling and layout design skills.

Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals.

Outstanding organization and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with external vendors and managing print production processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, knowing when to consult and when to take initiative.

The Compensation range for this role is 72,500 to 90,000 per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
