About The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will be an integral member of the Marketing Communications team, working directly under the Lead Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across the Surgical Division to translate complex ideas and messaging into visually engaging narratives that resonate with both patients and physicians. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of graphic design principles, visual storytelling, and brand architecture, with proven experience in creating digital and print media including web, social media, email campaigns, tradeshow displays, and educational collateral. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries (preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); familiarity with Keynote and Figma is a plus
- Experience managing end-to-end creative projects across digital and print channels
- Excellent visual storytelling and audience engagement skills
- Knowledge of web design standards, user experience, and digital media best practices
- Understanding of printing processes, collateral production, and vendor coordination
- Video editing and animation skills are highly desirable
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand standards
- Create visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
- Design print collateral such as brochures, educational materials, tradeshow displays, and sales presentations
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies to produce and deliver collateral on time and within budget
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers when necessary
- Participate in creative reviews and present concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand architecture and visual storytelling strategies
