Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-obsessed designer who can own visual execution across branding, social media advertising, digital design, print production, and motion graphics—and collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and creative leads to deliver fast, premium, consistent work across many industries.

Key Responsibilities

Build and evolve brand identities (logos, typography systems, color palettes, icon sets, visual language).

Design social media assets for campaigns (posts, stories, carousels, ads, thumbnails, covers).

Create marketing materials (flyers, menus, brochures, banners, signage, packaging, stickers, business cards).

Produce motion graphics and short-form video deliverables (Reels/TikTok edits, animated typography, transitions, ad variations).

Support VFX/CGI projects with storyboards, styleframes, references, compositing prep, and design overlays/treatments.

Create and maintain design systems & templates (editable formats for internal team use).

Support web/app UI needs (landing sections, UI components, visual assets, layout support, exporting for dev).

Prepare professional files for production: pre-press, bleed/safe areas, color modes, export specs, and vendor-ready packages.

Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all deliverables (alignment, spacing, typography, hierarchy, accessibility basics).

Work in a fast workflow: receive briefs, propose options, iterate quickly, and deliver final assets on time.

Core Skills (Must Have)

Strong graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing.

Branding & marketing mindset: ability to design for conversion and clarity, not just aesthetics.

Social media creative expertise (platform ratios, ad-safe layout, attention hooks, readable type).

Motion basics: timing, keyframes, kinetic typography, simple compositing.

File discipline: naming, versioning, structured folders, exporting properly for print/digital/dev.

Ability to adapt style across different clients while keeping each brand distinct.

Tools & Workflow

Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (print), Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Figma (UI layouts, assets, collaboration with developers).

Bonus tools (nice to have): Blender / Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Lightroom, mockup tools.

Comfortable with feedback loops, task tracking, and team collaboration (design ↔ marketing ↔ development).

Nice to Have

Experience with 3D icons / product renders or CGI-style design.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive layouts.

Understanding of brand strategy and creative direction (moodboards, art direction, concepting).

Ability to write short ad headlines/copy suggestions (English/Arabic/Hebrew is a plus, depending on your clients).

Deliverables You’ll Commonly Produce

Brand kits (logo pack, usage rules, palette, fonts, patterns, icons).

Social templates (weekly/monthly content systems, ad variations).

Print-ready production packs (menus, stickers, packaging dielines, signage).

Reels/TikTok edits + motion graphics elements (intros, text animation, transitions).

Web/app design assets for development handoff.

Performance Indicators

Speed + quality balance (clean, premium output with fast turnaround).

Consistency (brand alignment across many formats).

Export accuracy (production-ready, dev-ready, minimal rework).

Creative contribution (strong concepts, multiple options, clear design rationale).
