Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in developing creative concepts and visual solutions for various client projects.
• Prepare design layouts, presentations, and mock-ups using industry-standard software.
• Perform image retouching, color correction, and other graphic manipulation tasks.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and project files.
• Research visual trends, design techniques, and competitor activities to inspire innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and account teams to ensure design consistency and project alignment.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to design projects.

Required Skills

• Foundational understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
