We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional design execution. This role goes beyond production by shaping visual storytelling that amplifies our brand and drives engagement across a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives. You'll balance big-picture creativity with attention to detail, ensuring every deliverable is visually compelling, on brand, and aligned to business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop concepts that translate complex ideas into compelling, brand-aligned visuals across digital, social, web, print, and event experiences.
• Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to influence creative direction from ideation through delivery.
• Elevate Skillsoft's visual identity, ensuring consistency while introducing fresh, modern design approaches.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, balancing creativity with deadlines and business objectives.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and tools to bring innovation and thought leadership to the team.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth within the creative team.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a global brand or agency environment.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion graphics, video editing, and presentation design strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and execution across digital, print, and brand systems.
• Skilled at transforming creative direction into polished deliverables that align with project goals and brand standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
• A proactive problem-solver who brings innovation and leadership to every project.
  
  

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $85,000- $95,000 annualized.
