We’re looking for a top-tier creative designer who eats, breathes, and sleeps Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
This is not a generic graphic design role.
We need someone who understands performance creative — ads that convert, scale, and survive creative fatigue.
If you’ve worked with DTC / e-commerce / health or wellness brands similar to Hims & Hers, Ro, FuturHealth, Ritual, Hims, Keeps, etc., this is for you.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
Design high-performing Meta ad creatives (static + animated/GIF)
Translate performance insights into scroll-stopping visuals
Create and iterate on
Direct-response statics
UGC-style creatives
Short-form animated ads / GIFs
Rapidly test, iterate, and refresh creatives based on performance data
Collaborate with media buyers / growth teams to scale winners
Understand compliance nuances in health / wellness / subscription brands
🧠 What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
Deep Meta Ads experience (Facebook & Instagram only)
Strong DTC / e-commerce portfolio
Proven experience with performance-driven creative, not just “pretty ads”
Freelance or contract background (agency or in-house also okay)
Comfortable working fast, testing often, and killing underperformers
Strong understanding of
Creative fatigue
Hooks & angles
Visual hierarchy for ads
Mobile-first design
Excellent English communication

Experience with health, wellness, telehealth, skincare, or subscription brands
Familiarity with
Shopify brands
Ad testing frameworks (3–5 variants per concept)
UGC + hybrid performance creatives
