About the Practice: My practice delivers elite integrative transpersonal coaching that bridges clinical precision with deep spiritual inquiry. I support high-functioning executives and men navigating profound life transitions. The work is rigorous, compassionate, and focused on tangible growth.

My brand aesthetic reflects this balance: it is grounded, sophisticated, and calm. I value dignity and excellence over hype. I am looking for a design partner who understands that every touchpoint—from a newsletter to a worksheet—must convey safety, clarity, and high-level professionalism.

The Role: I am looking for a reliable, design-savvy partner to take "production work" off my plate so I can focus on my clients. I don’t need you to invent a new brand every month; I need someone to take my raw text and content and polish it into professional, client-ready assets using a consistent style.

Monthly Deliverables (Est. 4–6 hours/month)

Monthly Newsletter: Formatting text and images into my template (Email platform or PDF) to ensure it looks crisp and readable.

Marketing Collateral: Creating 1–2 one-page flyers, worksheets, or white papers per month based on content I provide.

Ad-Hoc Polish: Occasional cleanup of a slide deck or graphic to ensure it meets my standards.

The Budget

$200/month fixed retainer.

Note: I am looking for a long-term relationship. As my practice grows into 2026, there is significant potential for this budget to increase.

Must-Haves

Canva Expert: I prefer assets built in Canva so we share the source files and I can make minor text edits if needed.

Typographical Eye: You understand that white space, font hierarchy, and margins make the difference between "amateur" and "executive."

Reliable Communication: You don't need to answer immediately, but I value responsiveness and meeting deadlines.
