Graphic Designer (Flexible, Project-Based Work)

Hey! I'm Dylan, a creative based in NYC. I’m looking to build a small network of freelance designers to support overflow work as new projects come in.

This isn't a full-time or consistent role to start. Work will be project-based and shared as needed, depending on client demand. The goal is to have 2–3 reliable designers I can collaborate with and pass work to. Projects may include social media graphics, marketing materials, basic branding work, and other digital assets depending on the client.

The first project is likely coming within the next 2–4 weeks.

Who this is a good fit for

What I’m looking for

• Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, consistency)
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and direction
• Clear communication
• Organized and dependable
• Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Canva, Figma would be great

Other details

• Experience with web design, social media content, or video editing is helpful but not required
• Work may be fixed-rate or hourly, it depends on the project
• There is potential for this to grow into a more consistent assistant-style role (roughly 10–15 hours per week) for the right fit
