Redesign a Half-Page Trade Show Flyer (InDesign | CMYK | Fast Turnaround | World-Class Look)

DirectMed Imaging — a leading global provider of medical imaging parts, systems, and service solutions — is seeking an experienced graphic designer to redesign an existing 1-page flyer for ScanMed, one of our subsidiaries specializing in MRI coil manufacturing and repair.

ScanMed and DirectMed share unified branding, including consistent logos, colors, fonts, and brand standards. While the current flyer contains the right information, it lacks the polish and design quality we expect from a world-class brand.

We’re looking for a designer who can quickly elevate this flyer into something sleek, modern, and professional — suitable for distribution at RSNA 2025, one of the largest radiology trade shows in the world.

Project Scope & Deliverables

Redesign an existing flyer into a half-page (8.5" x 5.5") format

Use Adobe InDesign (final deliverables must include packaged InDesign files)

Set up document with

Margins: 0.5" all around

Bleed: 0.125" all around

CMYK color mode for print

Apply provided DirectMed/ScanMed brand guidelines, logos, and example collateral

Create a clean, professional, and consistent look that aligns with DirectMed’s brand identity

Timeline

We’re moving fast to prepare for RSNA

Designer selection: by November 16 (Pacific Time)

First draft due: November 17 (EOD)

Second draft (if needed): November 18 (EOD)

Final packaged files due: November 19 (EOD)
