Sr. Presentation Designer: Template Creation & Ongoing Support (Board/Sales)

The Goal: Alliance Cost Containment (ACC) is looking to modernize our presentation suite. We need to move away from text-heavy slides and transition to crisp, modern data visualization.

The Role (2 Phases): We are looking for a highly skilled Presentation Specialist for a two-part engagement starting immediately.

Phase 1: Template Architecture (Deadline: Mid-January) You will design and build 4 Core Master Templates. These must be technically robust PowerPoint files (using Master Slides, custom layouts, and drag-and-drop image placeholders) that our internal team can easily populate.

Client Board Deck: (Quarterly reporting, data-heavy).

Internal Board of Directors Deck: (Quarterly, high-level executive summaries).

Prospective Client Sales Deck: (7–8 slides, persuasive, high impact).

Proposal Deck: (Standardized structure).

Phase 2: Ongoing Production Support (On-Call) Once templates are built, we will need you on an hourly contract to:

Populate these templates with live data for high-stakes meetings.

Assist specifically with "Prelim Decks" (fast turnaround required).

Provide ad-hoc design support for complex charts/graphics.

Requirements

Deep Technical PowerPoint Knowledge: You must know how to build functional templates (Master Slides, Theme Colors/Fonts), not just pretty static slides.

Data Visualization Expert: Ability to take a bulleted list and turn it into a clear process chart, or take an Excel table and turn it into a modern graph.

Availability: Must be available to start immediately to hit a mid-January launch.

Detail Oriented: Strong proofreading skills are required for our Board-level materials.
