How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be crucial in creating, updating, and redesigning customer-facing videos, websites, graphics, social media content, printed literature, and visual brand representations. Your role will enhance brand identity with compelling visuals, support marketing campaigns, assist sales with tools, and contribute to cohesive marketing efforts that drive growth and success.

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

Graphic Design

Update old content with new, visually appealing designs within brand guidelines

Support new and legacy product lines

Create content for websites and social media

Identify and evaluate improvement options

Design and implement tradeshow graphics, layouts, and themes

Create sales tools such as literature and videos

Marketing

Assist with website maintenance, sales literature, and documentation

Collaborate with representatives to improve website functionality

Manage social media channels

Execute and track small marketing campaigns

Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance market positioning

Engage with representatives to understand product needs

Stay updated on industry trends and company updates

Qualifications

We seek someone with

At least 1 year of experience in design, marketing, sales, or customer relations

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

Basic marketing principles understanding, especially in B2B manufacturing

Preferred Skills

Data analysis and interpretation skills

Clear and concise writing

Effective communication across various settings

Web design, UI, multimedia content development, and internet presence skills

Experience with website and social media platforms (WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Understanding of sales, business, and marketing processes

Strong organizational and time management skills

Education & Certifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Business

Work Environment

Office setting with hybrid options
