Job Description

WildFlower PR and Company is seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic creative team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Nigeria, specifically supporting our operations and client projects. We are looking for a creative individual who can assist our lead designers in bringing innovative visual concepts to life across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior designers with the creation of various graphic assets for digital and print media.
• Developing social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and other digital marketing collateral.
• Supporting the design of presentations, brochures, flyers, and other print materials.
• Performing photo editing, retouching, and manipulation tasks as needed.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Organizing and maintaining design files and assets efficiently.
• Collaborating effectively with the design team and other departments to meet project deadlines.
• Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual designs
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Experience working in an agency environment or with multiple clients
