About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong Photoshop skills to join our game production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing and producing visual assets that enhance our game packs. Your responsibilities will include creating thumbnails, banners, promotional materials, and in-game visual elements that align with our brand identity and game style. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and game artists to ensure the delivery of high-quality visuals that resonate with our target audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing directly to the visual appeal and success of our gaming products.
Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential
• Understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to follow visual direction and adapt to various game art styles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, preferably related to gaming
  

Responsibilities

• Create game pack assets such as thumbnails, banners (static and animated), icons, and basic UI elements using provided art assets
• Prepare and export graphic assets in the required formats and resolutions for different platforms
• Optimize assets for various devices and screen resolutions
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to established branding and art style guidelines for consistency across projects
• Collaborate with game designers and senior artists to develop and iterate on visual concepts
• Assist in refining and improving existing graphical assets as needed
• Stay informed about industry trends in game art and graphic design to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Organize and maintain an efficient system for design files and asset libraries
