Job Summary

MotionHub Creations is seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic remote team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will create visually compelling animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, promotional content, and other creative projects that engage and inspire audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute visual content.
Transform static designs and ideas into dynamic animated visuals that align with brand guidelines.
Maintain consistency in style, typography, and visual identity across projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, and software innovations to continuously improve creative output.
Review and revise work based on feedback to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Optimize motion graphics for different digital platforms, ensuring quality and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in motion graphics and animation with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar animation software.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation techniques.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong storytelling skills with an ability to translate ideas into engaging motion content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital design.
Experience working with marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is preferred.
Freelance or remote project experience is a plus.

Working Hours

Fully remote, flexible working hours.
Must be able to meet project deadlines and attend occasional virtual team meetings.
