Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. You will work closely with our marketing strategists, copywriters, and account managers to translate creative briefs into engaging designs for digital, print, and experiential campaigns. From developing captivating social media graphics and website layouts to designing stunning brochures, advertisements, and brand collateral, your work will be at the forefront of our clients' communication efforts. Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative visual solutions for a wide range of marketing and advertising materials across digital and print platforms (e.g., social media, websites, ads, brochures, presentations, branding collateral).
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing strategists, copywriters, and account managers, to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs.
Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual identities for various clients, ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and, on occasion, directly to clients, incorporating feedback constructively.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic agency setting.
Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential)
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skill
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
