Entry-level Graphic designer needed to expand our internal creative team

An entry-level graphic designer is needed to expand our internal creative team. This position calls for a creative problem-solver with a solid grasp of design principles and the capacity to approach each task given with fresh, original ideas.
In this role, you will organize, plan, and oversee the timely and cost-effective completion of creative projects in all print and electronic media, from conception to completion; create visually compelling visual collateral in collaboration with the proposals and marketing team, including brochures, flyers, banners, PowerPoint graphics and more, as well as collaborate with the proposals team and subject matter experts to create distinctive branding, polished page layouts, and compelling infographics that are highly technical and support each pursuit strategy. You will organize the printing of all printed materials, using both internal production tools and/or external vendors as needed and also provide quick and efficient solutions for all levels of creative requests.
Our ideal candidate is a master of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and possesses strong organizational, creative, problem-solving, and time-management skills as well as outstanding communication and listening abilities. You possess a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, professional graphic design role experience of at least one year as well as knowledgeable use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word) to get the job done.
