Big Brand Ventures is seeking a performance-focused Graphic Designer & Video Ad Editor with hands-on experience creating high-converting ads for various paid social platforms. The role involves creating static ads and editing short-form videos while collaborating with the paid media team to enhance performance and stay updated on creative trends.

Responsibilities

• Create static ads, thumbnails, and promotional graphics for paid media
• Edit short-form video ads, UGC content, product demos, and testimonials
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing
• Maintain consistent branding across all deliverables
• Collaborate with the paid media team to improve performance
• Stay updated on DTC and paid social creative trends
• Manage deadlines and deliver rapid iterations

Skills

• Strong design skills for paid social
• Basic to intermediate video editing (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut)
• Understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta/TikTok
• Experience with DTC brands (freelance or in-house)
• Portfolio showcasing performance creative
• Knowledge of hooks, pacing, and storytelling for paid ads
• Ability to produce fast, iterative creative variations
• Motion graphics/After Effects
• UGC or influencer editing experience
• Creative analytics knowledge
• Product photography
• Experience with Shopify brands
