Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on email‑optimized asset creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced layer management, exports, optimization) and familiarity with Adobe Firefly for generative asset creation.
• Experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design libraries, and campaign materials across multiple digital channels.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Design & Production: Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints.
• Create responsive email graphics and layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
• Develop modular components for scalable reuse across CXO activations.
• Firefly‑Enhanced Creative Production: Use Adobe Firefly to generate net‑new assets, visual variations, or complementary imagery while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
• Produce quick‑turn concepts using Firefly’s generative features.
• Brand Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure all deliverables follow Altria portfolio brand standards; collaborate with activation leads, marketing teams, and brand partners.
