Description
Looking for a workplace that actually feels good to be a part of?
At Cosmos Corporation, we make health and wellness products that help people and pets live better lives. From our O’Fallon, Missouri headquarters, we manufacture high-quality, natural liquid products with ingredients people trust.
We are growing fast and looking for our next ideal team player to join us as a Jr. Graphic Packaging Designer in our Marketing department!
If you are creative, collaborative, and a real go-getter, you just might be our person.
At Cosmos, we create products that truly connect with consumers by blending creativity, insights, and thoughtful design—and that’s where you come in. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life across packaging, branding, and marketing materials within the pet care space. You’ll partner closely with the Marketing/Brand Manager and collaborate with teammates to understand customer and consumer needs, turning those insights into compelling visuals that elevate our brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves creative problem-solving, thrives on collaboration, and enjoys translating strategy into eye-catching design. We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful designer—someone with a can-do attitude who can adapt quickly, jump into new challenges, and bring fresh thinking without needing step-by-step direction. Through your work, you'll help champion Cosmos’s core values and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work side by side with marketing to develop a wide range of graphic design and marketing materials to support Cosmos’ growth goals. Will also serve as a liaison to the Pet Specialty team, giving support as needed. This can include anything from digital ads to product packaging, sales presentations, signage, digital content, displays, renderings, labels, logos, and more.
- Keep brand standards front and center while still exploring fresh, creative ways to meet customer and consumer needs.
- Participate in the Internal Design Community—sharing ideas, collaborating with fellow designers, and helping each other grow.
- Jump in on related marketing or brand-support tasks whenever needed to help the team move projects across the finish line.
