[Remote] Graphic Designer | Digital Marketing & Ecommerce

Dooney & Bourke is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to elevate their digital presence and drive measurable results across marketing channels. The role involves creating visually striking digital assets for various online platforms and collaborating with teams to optimize campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Design: Conceptualize and produce high-impact graphics for email campaigns, website content, digital ads, social media, and other online channels. Focus on designs that engage users and drive measurable performance
- Email & Campaign Optimization: Design assets optimized for email performance, responsiveness, and A/B testing. Collaborate with marketing teams to test, iterate, and improve creative for maximum impact
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital assets maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to keep our marketing fresh and compelling
- Motion & Video Design (Preferred): Develop short-form video, animated graphics, and motion assets to enhance digital campaigns
- User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and web teams to create intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences
- Performance-Driven Creativity: Apply knowledge of digital marketing principles, metrics, and user behavior to design creative that performs. Use insights to refine and improve assets continuously
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time while maintaining open communication with stakeholders
- Industry Awareness: Stay current on digital design trends, marketing innovations, and competitor strategies to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
Skills
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design in ecommerce or retail
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, email design, web assets, and performance-focused campaigns
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other modern design software
- Deep understanding of web design, mobile optimization, and responsive layouts
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and design best practices for product listings and digital campaigns
- Strong conceptual, creative, and typography skills
- Experience applying data and A/B testing insights to improve design performance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Motion & Video Design (Preferred): Develop short-form video, animated graphics, and motion assets to enhance digital campaigns
- Canva a plus
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is highly desirable
