Senior Fashion Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Fashion Designer (Creator Merch & Apparel).
Key Responsibilities
- Concept, design, and develop diverse apparel and merchandise collections
- Lead creator-facing conversations and guide creators through the creative process
- Source and manage external designers for specialized aesthetics and maintain quality standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of apparel design experience, preferably in streetwear or brand-side apparel
- Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, versatility, and cultural awareness
- Experience designing a variety of product types, including tees and accessories
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing external designers
- Understanding of production requirements and garment limitations
