ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a contract Graphic Designer with strong hospitality experience.

You will design assets that directly impact revenue. Promotions. Email graphics. Paid ad creative. Menu layouts. Event flyers. Website visuals. Print collateral.

This is not brand theory work. This is performance-driven restaurant marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design weekly promotional graphics for restaurants
• Build email graphics for campaigns and launches
• Create paid ad creative for Meta and Google
• Design print materials. Menus. Table tents. Posters. Signage
• Resize and version assets quickly across platforms
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple restaurant concepts
• Work inside structured project management systems
• Deliver on tight timelines

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio with restaurant or hospitality brands
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
• Understand direct response marketing
• Comfortable designing for both digital and print
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
• Able to take direction and execute without ego

BONUS

• Experience working with multi-unit restaurant groups
• Familiar with OpenTable, Toast, Meta Ads formats
• Motion graphics experience
• Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics

COMPENSATION

Contract. Per client or monthly retainer structure.

Range: $300–$500 per client per month depending on workload and experience.
