We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the senior graphic designer in creating visual concepts, developing designs, and producing marketing materials that effectively promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior graphic designer to create visually appealing and innovative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media graphics.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the company's objectives.
• Use a variety of design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing and organizing the company's digital assets, including logos, images, and design files.
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the production of high-quality materials.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
