UX/Product Designer

Salesforce UX/Product Designer (Contract)

Duration: 6-12 months

REMOTE / Start: ASAP

Rate Range: $45-50/hour (negotiable)

We're seeking a Salesforce UX/Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large-scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. You'll design intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning, partnering with product managers and engineers to solve com plex workflow challenges.

Responsibilities

Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components

Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows

Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design

Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities

Required Qualifications

5 years product/UX design experience with Salesforce products

Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components

Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and CRM systems

Proficiency in Figma and Agile environment experience

Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Preferred Qualifications

Deep Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud, Flow, Service/Sales Cloud)

Design system contribution experience

Healthcare or staffing industry familiarity

Vetting Process

Portfolio review and agency screening

Two brief interviews with UX leadership and partners

Open to 1-2 week paid trial period for final candidates
