Apparel Designer / Technical Illustrator

We are seeking a talented Apparel Designer / Technical Illustrator to join our creative team. Duties

• Design original apparel concepts, sketches, and patterns that align with brand identity and market trends.
• Create detailed technical illustrations for production, including specifications, construction details, and colorways.
• Develop digital artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for marketing materials, lookbooks, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with the art direction team to ensure visual consistency across all design projects.
• Prepare layouts for print advertising, lookbooks, and digital platforms ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Utilize 3D modeling software such as Maya or SketchUp for prototyping and visualization of apparel designs.
• Assist in selecting color palettes based on color theory principles to enhance visual appeal.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, digital art techniques, and emerging design software to continually improve design quality.

Skills

• Proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite overall.
• Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of typography and layout design.
• Experience in fashion design or apparel illustration with an ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
