Enseo is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brand, products, and customer experiences to life through compelling visual design. The role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and business understanding to develop innovative design solutions across digital, print, and environmental platforms.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance creativity with practical business needs
• Collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Willing to work Graveyard shifts (Philippines Nighttime / U.S. Daytime) or a few hours to overlap with the U.S. business hours
