We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can SKETCH ideas first and then convert them into digital designs. This is a mandatory skill for this role.

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Graphic Designer to work on a single brand – Kolzeh. You will be responsible for handling all visual and branding needs of the company. This includes everything from social media creatives to building a unique brand mascot.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners
• Work on branding & marketing collateral
• Design and develop a custom mascot (Owl-based)
• Create multiple mascot characters/poses/emotions
• Convert hand sketches into polished digital designs
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets

Mascot Work (Very Important)

• You will be responsible for designing a custom Owl mascot, including:
• Multiple characters/variations
• Different expressions and actions
• Brand-aligned personality and style
• This is a core part of the role.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong sketching and concept drawing skills
• Adobe Illustrator (Expert level)
• Adobe Photoshop (Expert level)
• Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to think creatively and independently
