Freelance - Graphic Designer and Layout Expert ( InDesign Expert)

The Role

We are looking for Graphic Designers who will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of regulated corporate disclosures and internal projects. You will help us transform complex data and text-heavy documents into visually compelling and accessible designs.

The Layout/Platform Expert is responsible for designing and delivering clear, accurate, and visually compelling corporate disclosures. This role involves managing layouts for corporate reports, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, optimizing publishing workflows, and supporting internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, visualize, and create graphics (illustrations, layouts, photos).
• Design for annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and corporate documents.
• Ensure visuals capture attention, communicate clearly, and align with branding.
• Collaborate effectively within a global creative and production team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Multimedia Arts or equivalent experience.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work methodically.
• Experience in publishing and designing financial or corporate documents is a plus.
• Willing to take a design assessment using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25,000.00 per month
