Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our team. You are a highly creative visual storyteller with a passion for basketball and digital culture. You are a generative designer with strong interaction and graphic design skills. While you are early in your career, you are eager to learn and ready to help shape the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. You are comfortable taking direction from senior leaders and translating that vision into high-impact designs.
NOTE: To be considered for this role, you must submit a graphic design-focused portfolio.

You'll work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Design and Director of Content to help create a global brand that is truly rooted in the basketball community. You will also partner daily with the Content and Marketing teams to ensure our digital presence is cohesive, engaging, and innovative.

Who You'll Work With

What You Will Work On
- Marketing Collateral: Designing digital assets, including event flyers, email layouts, web banners, and other promotional materials.
- Content Collaboration: Working with a cross-functional team of content creators to align on brand insights and narrative execution.
- Brand Growth: Participating in brainstorm sessions on creative strategies to ensure we're creating the future of grassroots basketball media.
- Daily Design: Reviewing and refining graphics, typography, and color palettes to achieve the desired brand goal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or suitable combination of education and training).
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in graphic design, digital media, or marketing.
- Artistic Skill: Strong skills in ideation, color theory, spacing, and layout development.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to present your ideas clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to visual detail and a high sense of craft in typography, color, and layout.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfort working within new digital spaces.
- Market Awareness: A demonstrated passion for and understanding of visual culture and basketball trends.
- Versatility: The ability to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for any given project.
- Energy: A solution-oriented personality and the energy to contribute to a shared team culture.
