[Remote] Corporate Graphics Designer - $50K-$85K + 15% 401k

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Millennial Software is revolutionizing the landscape of security and defense by leveraging core competencies in software development, automation, DevSecOps, and machine learning. They are seeking a self-starting, team-oriented Graphics Designer to support a Government customer by creating marketing materials and corporate branding assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing across multiple platforms
• Develop digital display ads, website graphics, social media content, and in-store signage
• Create corporate branding assets, including logo-wear and internal communications
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Customer engagement to understand strategy and sales goals
• Provide strategic creative expertise to Account Managers, Customer Engagement and Proposal Team

Skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Willing to travel on occasion
• Expert level competency of Adobe Creative Cloud software especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro as well as presentation software such as Keynote and/or PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of marketing, graphic design, or digital design experience (preferably in the credit union, bank, or financial services industry).
• Possess a strong foundation of graphic design fundamentals (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.).
• Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor and team spirit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, flexible and able to work under pressure with short deadlines.
• Ability to manage projects in an agile work environment a plus.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong desire to continue evolving brand standards and visual designs
• HTML/CSS experience with working knowledge of Web Content Management Systems preferred.
• Squarespace experience
• Ability to support website development with Figma and Squarespace
