Our client, a fintech company, is hiring a Lead Product Designer, Lifestyle & Personalization to help shape how people experience their financial lives through their consumer-facing digital products. This is a full-time RMOTE role, working with a modern product and design stack including Figma, design systems, motion, and experimentation tools. Our client is a fast-growing financial services company focused on helping people align their money with the goals that matter most to them.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of product design, brand expression, lifestyle storytelling, and personalization. You’ll lead the design of experiences that go beyond dashboards and numbers—bringing emotion, clarity, and inspiration into a highly personal product space. Designers here have real ownership, strong influence on product direction, and the opportunity to grow alongside a collaborative and thoughtful design and product team, all while maintaining a healthy life-work balance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer on consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating lifestyle-driven, emotionally engaging, or brand-forward experiences
  • Experience designing for direct-to-consumer SaaS or digital products
  • Proven ability to translate abstract user goals into intuitive, personalized experiences
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
  • Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and product marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in fintech, wellness, travel, or other lifestyle-oriented consumer brands
  • Demonstrated use of photography, motion, illustration, or storytelling within product design
  • Experience building and evolving design systems and design tokens
  • Familiarity with experimentation, user research, and A/B testing
  • Experience creating or collaborating on motion design (Lottie, After Effects a plus)
  • Leadership experience mentoring designers or leading design initiatives
