Role Overview
We’re looking for a design-minded intern to help us create clean, modern, athlete-first graphics that look professional and perform well on social. This role is graphics only (no video editing).
You will also help us establish a consistent visual style by building repeatable templates we can use across athletes and sports.
What You’ll Create (Core Deliverables)
- Player Media Kits (one-pagers + social-ready slides)
- Transfer Portal Announcements
- Commitment Announcements
- Athlete Signing Announcements
- Brand Deal Content (post/story graphics for partnership deliverables)
- Game Highlight Recaps (stat lines, score graphics, recap tiles)
Responsibilities
- Design Instagram-ready assets (posts, stories, carousels) with clean typography and consistent layout
- Turn athlete info (bio, measurables, stats, accolades, commitments) into polished graphics
- Create and maintain template systems so production stays fast and consistent
- Organize design files in Google Drive (clear naming, folders, versions)
- Collaborate with our team weekly and deliver revisions quickly
Required Skills
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, spacing, hierarchy, attention to detail
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work fast without sacrificing quality
- Coachable: takes feedback well and improves quickly
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Sports graphics experience (media kits, announcements, recap tiles)
- Comfortable making multiple versions for different sports/platform sizes
