Graphic Designer | Senior

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design Team and help shape Nord Security products. This role focuses on developing innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and marketing projects
• Design creative assets for various marketing channels including website, video, social media, and mobile marketing
• Partner with cross-functional teams including project managers, stakeholders, designers, and copywriters
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet high quality standards
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh ideas to maintain cutting-edge brand presence
• Contribute to visual and creative direction through brainstorming and problem-solving
• Take ownership of projects by managing feedback and delivering on time
• Mentor and inspire other designers on the team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong attention to detail and passion for design
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in team environments
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to explain design decisions
• Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced, adaptable environments
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Portfolio showcasing recent branding and campaign visuals
