Why This Role Matters As Pocket's first in-house graphic designer, you will take overall responsibility for our visual appearance and the user experience of our products. You will be the link between brand, product and marketing and will have a decisive influence on how Pocket is experienced and perceived. Your role will be essential to our continued growth, and you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of bitcoin adoption in Europe.

Responsibilities Overall responsibility for brand and corporate identity (CI/CD)

Conception and implementation of UI designs for our platform, app and website

Ongoing improvement of the user experience across all touchpoints

Close collaboration with our development team (design system, mockups, prototypes)

Design of marketing materials (social media visuals, ads, event booths, print)

Development and maintenance of design guidelines and templates

Collaboration with external partners on branding, campaigns and events

Qualifications Several years of graphic design experience, offline and online

Very good sense of visual design, brand management and typography

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator or similar

Ability to present complex content clearly and simply

Experience with design systems and collaboration with dev teams

Experience designing interactive user interfaces and a high interest in user experience design

Enjoyment of a broad role: from pixel perfection in the interface to creative marketing visuals

Independent working style, team spirit and enthusiasm for bitcoin
