About the Role

We’re looking for a talented illustrator to help us define the visual identity of TUFF, a soft, friendly, emotionally expressive character at the heart of our program.

We’re aiming for

• A soft 3D feel (even if created in 2D)
• Big, friendly eyes + a youthful look
• Soft pastel tones and rounded shapes
• Clear, expressive emotions
• Simple arms/feet, small eyebrows, subtle hairs

Avoid: styles that feel older, too glossy, or overly commercial.

• 3 emotions in this style: confident, curious, calm
