Volunteer: Logo refresh
The Dinner Table Documentary, Inc
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
We are seeking a graphic designer to refresh our existing logo, giving it a more current look while maintaining its core elements and recognition. The volunteer will propose updated styling options and iterate with our team to finalize the design. Specifics such as final file types, color palette, and typography will be discussed during scoping.
A refreshed logo will help The Dinner Table present a modern, consistent identity that attracts partners and participants. Updated branding will strengthen recognition and trust among schools, community partners, and young Black and Brown girls, supporting recruitment and program visibility.
We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, provide timely feedback, and share brand context and source files during kickoff.
The Dinner Table Doc Mission: The Dinner Table creates safe spaces for black and brown girls to share their truth; and provides resources so they can live at their fullest potential. We partner with schools and community organizations to provide young women of color (especially black girls) ages 10-18 with self-esteem building and identity-based college and career readiness programming and resources.
