Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Overview

The Digital Graphic Designer creates high-quality digital assets for e-commerce, social platforms, and mobile environments while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. This role requires strong craftsmanship, adaptability, and proficiency with modern design tools—including AI-powered workflows—to deliver impactful static and motion graphics. The position collaborates closely with designers, marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to translate briefs into effective digital content.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including PDP tiles, banners, and on/off-site media. • Produce paid and organic social content optimized for platform requirements. • Translate brand guidelines into precise, consistent digital executions. • Optimize creative assets for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and DTC site specifications. • Collaborate with designers, brand managers, and marketers to meet project objectives. • Deliver timely design iterations based on feedback while maintaining quality.
  • Organize, version-control, and maintain design files, libraries, and assets. • Stay current on emerging tools, AI-driven workflows, and digital best practices, applying insights to active projects. • Use AI tools to generate concepts, adapt content, and support rapid prototyping. • Create simple motion graphics, animations, and storyboards as needed. Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). • Working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or Cinema 4D.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. • Ability to adapt creative approaches for varied digital platforms. • Experience optimizing graphics for e-commerce and social channels. • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain organized workflows, and meet deadlines. • Openness to feedback with a continuous learning mindset. • Experience using AI-powered design tools for exploration and iteration. • Ability to present work clearly and articulate design decisions.
