Design a Premium Government / Commercial Capability Statement

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create a high-end, front-and-back capability statement for our government services company. The design must feature strong visuals, clear information hierarchy, and consistent branding that conveys a premium, executive feel. Template-based or generic designs are not acceptable.

The ideal candidate has prior experience designing capability statements or B2B/government-facing collateral, understands how contracting officers and prime contractors consume these documents, and can balance professionalism with visual impact.
