Design Editable 5x7 Thank You Insert Card for Completed Orders

We’re looking for a graphic designer to create a 5x7 “Thank You” insert card that we’ll include with completed orders.

Design a front + back 5x7 card that

Thanks the customer for trusting us

The style should be 'gamer' focused

Shares a few simple “quick tips” and care notes

Mentions our warranty and how to contact support

We will provide a very basic sample with the verbiage we want.

Requirements

Final design must be

Print-ready for Vistaprint (5x7 inches)

Correct size, bleed, and safe margins

Set up for CMYK color printing

Must provide an editable version so I can update text later:

Canva preferred

Please use our provided logo, color codes, and font

Design must be easily readable with a layout that prints clearly and cleanly

Deliverables

Print-ready PDF for Vistaprint (5x7, with bleed)

Editable source file in Canva (template or shared design link)

PNG or JPG preview for review and approval

What to include in your proposal

A short note on your experience with print design and Vistaprint (or other online printers)

2–4 examples of similar work (thank you cards, inserts, flyers, postcards, etc.)

Which tool you’ll use for the editable file (Canva preferred)

Your fixed price for the project and how many revision rounds are included

We’re looking for someone who understands print basics, keeps things on-brand, and can hand off a file that’s easy for us to tweak in the future.
