Designer for materials that best support our brand

I'm looking for a graphic designer that can create our banners, brochures/handouts, and web design for landing pages, sales pages, etc. Ideally familiar with Go High Level and how to design directly within the software. The initial project is to create a handout for our live event event but if done well and great communication skills, will use moving forward as more of an "in-house" designer when projects arise.
