Digital Menu Board Designer (Samsung VXT)

Project Overview

We are looking for a talented designer to create three digital menu templates for our indoor ski & snowboard training facility. These will be built directly inside Samsung VXT using their Canvas editor.

You will take our draft menus, brand direction, and digital assets and transform them into clean, modern, visually cohesive menu boards that display beautifully on 55" commercial Samsung screens.

The goal: consistent branding + easy readability + easy updates.

About Us

We operate an indoor ski/snowboard center with a café, a front desk area, and a tune shop. Our facility is energetic, modern, and design-forward, and we want our digital signage to reflect that—bold, clean, easy to scan, and visually cohesive.

Scope of Work

Create three separate menu templates in Samsung VXT Canvas:

1. Café Menu

Food, drinks, specialty items

Clean layout with quick readability

Optional space for promos or rotating specials

2. Front Desk Menu

Pricing for classes, memberships, rentals, and general information

Designed for customers scanning quickly while waiting in line

Clarity and hierarchy are essential

3. Tune Shop Menu

Waxing, tuning, mounting, repairs, and service tiers

Organized, easy-to-scan service categories

May include icons or distinguishing markers for service types

All Three Should

Follow a unified visual style (type, colors, spacing, overall theme)

Look like one connected system across our facility

Be easy for us to edit later (change pricing, add/remove items, etc.)

Be optimized for 55" landscape screens

What We Will Provide

Draft menu text & pricing for all three areas

Brand direction/theme references

Logo, colors, fonts, imagery, and other assets

Access to Samsung VXT Canvas (if needed)

All templates must share a cohesive design system

Assets used in the template (backgrounds, icons, graphics, etc.)

A brief guide or short Loom video showing how to update items/pricing in VXT

Required Skills

Graphic design expert (clean layout, typography, UI balance)

Experience with digital menu boards or digital signage

Ability to work within cloud-based template editors (Canva/Figma experience transfers well)

Strong sense of spacing, hierarchy, and on-brand visual consistency

Nice-to-Have Experience

Samsung VXT or MagicINFO

BrightSign, Raydiant, OptiSigns, or similar signage platforms

Menu board design for restaurants or retail

POS-integrated menu layouts

Motion/animated layout experience (optional)
