This is not a branding or modern tech design project. The goal is trust, clarity, and response rate — not flashy visuals.

Mostly male

Long-time landowners (15+ years)

Located in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Missouri, and Tennessee

Own 5–100 acres valued roughly $50K–$300K

Often no longer using the land or their children don’t want it
