Graphic Designer Needed: One-Page Banking Brochures (Print + Editable Files)

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create four (4) one-page brochures for a professional banking audience focused on real estate investors and property professionals.

All brochures are variations of the same core template, which must be designed from scratch (not reused from existing materials).

Scope of Work

Design a clean, professional brochure template

Produce 4 one-page brochure variations

Apply our branding (logo, colors, fonts provided)

Refresh and improve imagery

Deliver

Print-ready PDFs

Fully editable source files (Illustrator preferred)

Existing brochures will be provided for reference only. They should guide tone and structure, but the final designs should feel visually distinct, modern, and polished, while remaining appropriate for a regulated banking environment.
