Graphic designer needed to create a logo for small business

I’m launching my first business called Little Eeries and I need a proper logo and maybe some brand design advice.

This logo will be used for my website header, my instagram, any other social media, packaging, business and thank you cards, etc. So it needs to be simple, but memorable since this is a collectible brand, and it will be featured in the experience of opening the blind bags.

I have an inspo font from CapCut and a few other visions but some artistic expertise in the logo/branding area would be helpful!

If it’s at all possible to come up with a branding package, logo package for consistency throughout my brand I’d appreciate that as well, and I’m willing to pay up to $60 for that.

My business is launching with a very small budget and as an artist I know how hard this work can be, so I don’t need anything crazy for this price.
