Graphic designer needed to create Preferred Vendor list flyer for photo booth business

I’m looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a high-end, polished Preferred Vendor flyer for my luxury photo booth business, Connected Moments Photo Booths. This flyer will be shared with wedding venues, event spaces, and planners, so it must feel elegant, modern, and premium — not templated or generic. Slogan is "where every moment becomes a memory"

This project includes both design and light creative direction, and I’m specifically looking for someone who:

Can design for upscale brands (wedding, hospitality, luxury, editorial style)

Can integrate AI-generated imagery using my actual backdrops (I’ll provide photos)

Understands clean typography, spacing, and print-ready layout

Project Scope

Design a one-page (8.5x11) Preferred Vendor flyer (print + digital versions)

Incorporate my real photo booth images or mock up one

Create an AI-generated pictures using my actual backdrops styled in elegant event scenes. And generated images of key chains. Make it look has real as possible, use pgoto shop

List starting package prices in a subtle, premium way.

Ensure layout is optimized for print (CMYK / bleed if needed) and web

Style Direction

Elegant, modern, and editorial

Clean, light, high-end (white, soft neutrals, subtle gold or warm accents)

Minimal, not cluttered — similar to wedding magazine or luxury brand brochures

Deliverables

Print-ready PDF (8.5x11 vertical)

Web-optimized version (for email & sharing)

Source file - canva so I can edit if prices change

I don't really want to list out what packages offer, want people to feel like wow they need this booth more than what it offers.

I create a whole experience, not just capture photos and really want to sell that. We offer flower walls and key chains as add ons for a beautiful curated experience.

Must have one key chain with different people in photo.
