Graphic Designer (Performance Marketing Focus)

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to support paid media, website, and email creative. This role requires availability 5 days per week to support fast-paced ad campaign launches.

You will focus on static ad creatives, design systems, and performance-driven visuals.

What You’ll Do

Create static ad variants for paid media campaigns.

Design website banners and email graphics.

Produce short-form social graphics and thumbnails.

Develop clean, high-performing visuals in Figma and Adobe.

Translate performance briefs into scroll-stopping creative.

Collaborate with video editors and marketers to align creative direction.

Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and concept generation.

You are fluent in English

You are open to incorporating AI into your workflow

Required Skills

Advanced Figma proficiency

Strong graphic design portfolio

Experience designing Meta ad creatives

Understanding of email and paid campaign workflows

Familiarity with AI image generation or creative ideation tools

Bonus Skills

DTC e-commerce experience

Experience designing landing page assets

Understanding of performance marketing metrics
