Graphic Designer – Premium Wholesale Coffee Line Sheet (Canva Templates)

We are a growing coffee brand looking for a talented graphic designer to create a cohesive, professional Wholesale Line Sheet that showcases our product lines (coffee beans, syrups, etc.).

While this initial contract is for a single project, there is a possibility for future graphic work for the right person.

The Project

Deliverable: A multi-page wholesale line sheet in digital format (PDF)

Requirement: The final product must be delivered as a fully editable Canva template. We need our internal team to be able to swap out photos or update pricing/copy easily in the future.

Style: Premium yet approachable. We want our brand to shine at retail and trade shows.

What We Provide

Full brand guidelines (logos, fonts, color palette).

High-quality product photography.

All necessary copy and product data.

The Ideal Candidate

Canva Power User: You know how to make Canva look like high-end editorial design (not just generic templates).

Layout & Typography Pro: You understand how to organize product information so it’s easy for wholesale buyers to read.

CPG Experience: Previous experience with food, beverage, or lifestyle brands is a major plus.

Reliable & Communicative: You hit deadlines and are open to 1–2 rounds of refinement.

Budget & Scope

Fixed Price: $300 – $500 (depending on experience and portfolio).

Timeline: Looking to kick this off immediately.

Future Work: Potential for ongoing, as-needed hourly projects based on performance.
