Graphic Designer to edit pictures from photoshoot and make ideas come to life.

Hello. I am going to take a photo shoot soon. I am looking for a graphic designer that can edit these pictures and make some of my ideas come to life. There are multiple ideas and settings that I want to have for these pictures. These pictures will be taken in a studio, so you will have to create the settings/backgrounds/scene for the pictures. I will let you freestyle a bit on the designs. Think of it as I am looking to make a cool album cover out of the pictures or cool movie posters. These are pictures that I will blow up and make posters. I will give ideas that I want executed in the best quality possible.

I am looking for high quality work. I am looking for someone who can listen to my wants. If I don’t like the product, then I am looking for revisions until the final versions are up to standard. I attached a picture as an example of the type of graphic design that I am seeking.
